Become a Creation Connection Liaison

Do you have a love for God's creation? Are you concerned about environmental issues like energy, water, or climate change? Would you like your spirit enriched through your stewardship of God's creation?

We have a great opportunity for you! Join others who are seeking to deepen their faith and care of God's creation. There are opportunities for spiritual formation, education, and action. Share resources and best practices.

Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Attend orientation about Creation Connection
  • Promote creation care with your church
  • Coordinate local ministries with Creation Connection
  • Organize one's church to participate in a Creation Connection or MEEC event
  • Facilitate one education event within one's church
  • Introduce Green Church practices within one's church

What is Creation Connection?

Creation Connection is made of Christians who:

  • gather for spiritual nourishment and information to help us grow in our love for Christ and his creation
  • proclaim environmental justice based on the Christian biblical foundation of responsible earth care
  • encourage collaborative environmental ministries
  • offer prayerful support and solutions to resolve environmental injustice for the urban poor and all God's creation

What is MEEC?
Marianist Environmental Education Center
Living Earth Centered Spirituality

  • an interdisciplinary ministry
  • concerned about the impact of environmental problems on the most vulnerable
  • believes justice & sustainability are achieved by linking values with sound science
